@Chase your #customerservice is #pathetic. If have branch hours you might want to adjust them if your associates won’t stick around to help customers until the branch actually closes for the day. Or empower your tellers to help. They usually are your best employees. #FAIL

@Chase I have called Customer service numerous time, more than necessary for an issue I’m having & every time I get transferred or call a number it goes silent & can’t get anybody on the line! This is absolutely unacceptable as a sapphire holder! What is going on?!

@ChaseSupport At least consider fill up the ATMs before closing for whatever reason. The next closest one is in Downton Jersey city and Bayonne has mostly senior residents who don’t have access to other branches. Think about that!

@Chase No monthly fees to bank with you. It is crazy that a person has to pay monthly fees to keep a checking account, no matter the amount of money in it. As a bank, you should be paying the customer to bank with you, not the the other way around.

@ChaseSupport I can't adjust the zoom settings because I need to be able to see my device. Your dev team has put in a media query for screen size to stop the app being available to tablets. This is an accessibility problem.

@Chase booked delta ticket using chase travels. Got the ticket but delta didn’t have any. Called Cust service, they had some processing error so they said they would cancel my ticket& rebook one at the same price. The ticket was canceled & now you ask me to pay extra to rebook!

@Chase MIs Wendy manager at chase bank 6701 Bayparkway Brooklyn 11204 have not solve my my checking bank problem in months, she keeps getting it working. She does not know what she doing. Most of the worker are food and do not know what you’re doing. Your manager need to go.
