Bump for Andrew. I figured that if Barf Race team wears and trusts the suits then I would give motogearUSA a try. Picked up a suit last night and wow fits like a glove. Leather is very nice and the stitching is clean and neat. The suits are cut a little small as I had to go up one size. Very comfortable when on a bike but very different than my zip together two piece. Besides my GF likes the pimp hump. Now if only my next track day was sooner than June (damn work schedule). Thanks Andrew

Ooh...I've been putting off on getting a one piece for a while now. Is there a place to try the suits on before buying though?
I'm 5'10" 190
Thanks!

Depending on the cut and which back protector I'm wearing a 48 might work. If your at the races stop by and say hello. #327, kawi green zxr 400. Usually pitted along the main path the the hot pit but on the opposite end near the hill.

I had a little ordeal with Andrew in getting my suit but he made it right.
I bought the suit on Ebay. Andrew recommended a size Medium=40. Fast shipping, got suit in 2 days to SoCal. I tried it on but it was a little loose and long in the legs. I liked it but it didn't fit me.
I asked Andrew to return the suit for a full refund. He suggested I try a Small=38. If that didn't work out, he would give me a refund.
I shipped the suit back. He shipped me the replacement suit. I tried it on but this one was too small. I found out that he accidentally shipped me a extra small. I don't know what that equates to in numbers but it was child size. I was a little frustrated. I emailed him back notifying him of the mistake and suggest we try it one more time. If the small didn't fit me he would give me a refund. I shipped the XS suit back and he shipped me the size small this time around.
I got the correct size today. I tried on the suit and it's almost a perfect fit. I was thinking about removing the MotoGearUSA patches but I'll leave it on to represent a BARF sponsor.
It is a good deal when you compare price versus quality. My suggestion for potential buyers is try the suit on first. Inspect the suit and you will see that MotoGearUSA suits are comparable to the other name brand "off the rack" suits out there. Plus, I like the dual zippers and "pee" zipper. Thank you Andrew.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The biggest drawback of ecommerce is that you can't really inspect the goods before purchasing. But nevertheless, I'm trying to satisy my customers to the best of my ability, and I'm glad I'm succeeding so far. My goal is to have a full blown apparel company right here in the s.f bayarea. It'll trully be a barf success story.
Thanks for supporting ya'll

Just bought one of Andrew's one piece suits and I'm impressed. Nice quality and stitching. The fit is perfect and better than any suit I have tried on before. Very easy to get into and out of with the dual zipper. Definitely worth every penny. Customer service is spot on too. Thanks Andrew for a great deal. I'll be sure to tell people about you.
