A person who is not working on the task can leave the timer on and record that at the end of the month in timesheet for payment.
Duration for some tasks can be lock and can be strict.

Pros
They don't give refunds if their app doesn't work as advertised.
They blame you for not reading their terms of service.
They may give you a credit for a product you can't use if you complain loudly enough but they still keep your money.
Cons
Their refund policy is atrocious in my opinion
Their QBO integration doesn't work if payroll is enabled in QBO but in my experience they don't tell you that until you sign up.
